ALIGNED HOLDINGS, INC., (A MEMBER OF THE LYONS & COMPANY, INC. GROUP OF COMPANIES) AND CALHOUN COUNTY INSURANCE CENTER, INC. ANNOUNCE THE FORMATION OF A NEW JOINT VENTURE, ALIGNED INSURANCE, LLC.

Gadsden, AL – Aligned Holdings, Inc. (a member of the Lyons & Company, Inc. group of companies) and Calhoun County Insurance Center, Inc. (CCIC) today announced the formation of a joint venture between the organizations – Aligned Insurance, LLC. The newly formed company will market insurance products under the name Aligned Insurance Agency (AIA) and will continue to serve clients at the former CCIC locations in Jacksonville and Rainbow City, AL. Management offices will be located at 431 Broad Street, Suite 200 in Gadsden, AL.

CCIC has served clients in Northeast Alabama and the surrounding area for more than 50 years from the Calhoun Insurance location in Jacksonville, AL. It opened Coosa Insurance in Rainbow City in 2016. David Glass, owner of CCIC, will continue as a shareholder and will serve as President of the newly formed Aligned Insurance Agency. Agents and other office staff members will also remain with the new company in their current positions.
